SECTION 1 – PHONE CALL TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are agreeing that I may call you regarding appointments to service your piano or answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

SECTION 2- TEXT MESSAGES

By agreeing, verbally or through email or text messaging, to Opt-In to receive text messages regarding appointment confirmations and reminders, you are allowing me to send you an appointment confirmation after you have been scheduled and an appointment reminder one day before your scheduled appointment, as well as a reminder to set up a new appointment 1 month before your recommended yearly appointment. You may Opt-Out and any time by replying to a text message by replying STOP. Message and Data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
